Jon Lorenzini is a data nerd who has spent half his career in big tech, the other at media agencies before starting his own consultancy and travel tech company. Previously, he was the Marketing Science Manager, CPG Global Accounts for Facebook. In this role, he managed the first global data science team at Facebook. He worked with internal and external stakeholders to advise clients and the industry on measurement strategy, as well as ongoing advocacy to adopt measurement as a way to improve business performance.
Prior to his work with Facebook, Jon spent four years working for Google, first as an Analytics Lead and then as the Brand Measurement Lead. He connected business objectives to brand measurement via MMM modeling, ROI measurement, creative testing and developing a “test and learn” agenda.
Jon has also worked with several agencies including MediaVest, MediaCom, and Zenith on Bristol Myers Squibb, Dell and General Mills. Within these roles, Jon has planned and optimized print, search, social and digital campaigns to ensure campaigns work with – and are contextualized by business objectives, trade promotions and larger market factors.
